Our lovely family house is located in the small village of Sankt Englmar directly in the Bavarian Forest. You can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful environment. Sankt Englmar is a popular holiday location both in the summer as in the winter season.

You can escape the busy life with active sports like skiing, hiking, or mountain biking or just take it easy and relax.

The house is available for 5 (possibly 6) persons and is situated directly in the village centre close te bakery, butchery and the park.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and living room with a fireplace. There is a luxurious bathroom with shower and spacious bath tub. The house has a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (2 double and one single room). The large wooden terrace is in the sun all day.

This non-smoking house is fully equipped ideal for a stress-free family vacation. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, microwave oven, child’s bedstead, changing table and high chair are available. Towels and bedding are provided and the use is cost free.

The total area around the house is 1000 m2 and offers sufficient parking space.

Prices

Our house can be rented for 90, – Euro (2 persons) per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water and final cleaning. The price is exclusive tourist tax (Adults € 2,30 – children aged 6 to 15 years: € 1.40 per day).

Check-in is possible from 15.00 and checkout is possible until 10.00. Other travel plans can be discussed in consultation.
